This course is provided for informational purposes only, and is not intended, nor should it be relied upon, for legal advice regarding Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliance training or any other subject matter.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When it comes to fall protection, OSHA has two sets of standards -- 1910 is for General Industry and 1926 is for Construction. While there is much overlap, the OSHA Construction Standard 1926 is more stringent. Rather than complicate this course by referring to both standards and their differences, only 1926 will be cited since you can't go wrong with more safety.
