Culture of Safety - Understanding and Implementing CoSMA
This 2 to 2 1/2 hour online Culture of Safety course, developed in collaboration with Nike Inc., helps suppliers and 3rd party consultants to learn how to use Nike's Culture of Safety Maturity Assessment and Assessment Tool to create an optimized production process that reduces impacts, eliminates waste, and enables skilled and engaged workers to drive quality and productivity. It has two sections. The basic section is Understanding CoSMA (Culture of Safety Maturity Assessment). The advanced section is Implementing CoSMA.


Ethics for EHS Professionals Online
In this 3-hour online course, through interactive activities using case studies and scenarios, we will examine the fundamental causes of our actions and examine the Code of Ethics for both health and safety professionals. (Phylmar Academy)

Protect Yourself: Wildfire Smoke Employee Training
This 45-minute to 1-hour e-learning training is for workers in three states that have regulations to protect employees from the health hazards of wildfire smoke -- California, Washington State and Oregon.  The course is also beneficial for employees in other states who may be exposed to wildfire smoke even if their state does not have a regulation.


The Basics of Workplace Safety for New Hires -- Template
This is the customizable template for a 1-hour online course that will introduce new employees (and veteran employees, too) to the fundamentals of workplace safety, demonstrating the importance the company places on its safety culture (Phylmar Academy). Customization is achieved through a collaboration between your company and Phylmar Academy.

Valley Fever - Protect Yourself Training
This 1/2 hour online course provides workers, employers, and others who are exposed to the Valley Fever fungus with the information they need to understand what the disease is, who is susceptible, what preventative measures to take, and how early detection, diagnosis and treatment can help to mitigate the severity of the symptoms.


Walkthrough Hazard Assessment Training - beta
This online course is designed to teach not only production, location, and safety managers, but also cast and crew to recognize potential hazards associated with the various types of buildings used by film and television productions.


What the Fog!
The purpose of this 4- to 6-hour course is to train workers on the front lines (you) with knowledge and skills so you can proactively manage atmospheric fog use in your workplace. The course comes with a companion downloadable Course Guidance Manual.


Workplace Violence Prevention
This one-hour online course lays the groundwork for companies to meet Cal/OSHA’s Workplace Violence training requirement per §3343.  Since Cal/OSHA standards are among the most protective in the nation, following its guidelines is advisable wherever the workplace is located. To fully meet the training requirement, employers must additionally provide company-specific and/or facility-specific information.
